The room was clean and I felt safe during my stay there. The owner, Harry, was super helpful in organizing taxi’s for me when needed. I had an early morning tour and he even packed me a bagged breakfast since I was leaving prior to the time breakfast is typically served. He also took care of my taxi to the airport. Private bathrooms and air conditioning worked great. There are cats on property, but as a cat lover, I enjoyed this as they were all friendly. The was delicious freshly cooked breakfast. The only downside is that it’s a bit outdated and the pool/hot tub was not usable. Also a little further from town but it’s still just a 10-15 minute walk to the pier or a $2 taxi ride, so not terrible.

Hotel was beautiful and in the best location! The pier for tour pickup is right out front and everything is within walking distance. Max greeted us at check-in and was super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The breakfast was great and filling, with an amazing rooftop view. The only negatives were: we had confirmed hotel pick-up, however no one was there when we arrived. I think just a miscommunication using the chat feature. The water pressure in the shower was low with no hot water, which was no biggie for us, but maybe a deal breaker for others. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Clean, beautiful, smells good

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Clean, friendly, and comfortable don’t even begin to describe it. Easy walking distance to everything. You really can’t beat this place in San Cristobal. The staff really sets this place apart- when a cab I set up for myself didn’t show up to take me to the airport, the front desk staff dropped everything they were doing and ran out into the street to flag a cab down for me. I also forgot my AirPods and a portable charger in the room, I sent a message to the hotel when I realized expecting to be disappointed. THEY GOT THEM BACK TO ME ALL THE WAY IN THE UNITED STATES AT NO CHARGE. YOU CAN’T EVEN MAIL THINGS DIRECTLY FROM THERE TO HERE. These are honest, hardworking, dedicated people running this hotel and it shows.
