Room has AC, relatively clean as in there were no bed bugs, otherwise very basic amenities. Breakfast was included and they make a breakfast box for you if you had to leave the hotel early. Family run hotel, they tried to help but not much.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Clean, friendly, and comfortable don’t even begin to describe it. Easy walking distance to everything. You really can’t beat this place in San Cristobal. The staff really sets this place apart- when a cab I set up for myself didn’t show up to take me to the airport, the front desk staff dropped everything they were doing and ran out into the street to flag a cab down for me. I also forgot my AirPods and a portable charger in the room, I sent a message to the hotel when I realized expecting to be disappointed. THEY GOT THEM BACK TO ME ALL THE WAY IN THE UNITED STATES AT NO CHARGE. YOU CAN’T EVEN MAIL THINGS DIRECTLY FROM THERE TO HERE. These are honest, hardworking, dedicated people running this hotel and it shows.

The photos on Expedia do NOT reflect the reality of this place. We didn’t even stay there and probably won’t be reimbursed. It was horrible, run down , poorly working a/c, non working safe, far away from the port, the hot tub was empty and the plaster eroding, I can go on and on…there are far superior ...
